These programmes include Career3X Checkpoint, Career3X Blueprint, and Career3X Stewardship (collectively referred to as the "B2C Programmes" or "Programmes").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth the legal agreement between you as an individual registrant ("You" / "Your" / "Participant") and the Company regarding your registration for, access to, and participation in any B2C Programme. These Terms apply to interactions with the following platforms:
i. Corporate website: www.planetganges.com
ii. Career3X landing pages: https://www.career3x.planetganges.com
iii. Any registration or payment portal linked to the B2C Programmes
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued participation in any Programme following a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By engaging with the Company's B2C Programmes in any of the following ways, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms:
i. Submitting a registration or expression of interest through any Company website or associated portal.
ii. Making any full or partial payment for a Programme.
iii. Attending any live or virtual session organised by the Company.
iv. Communicating with the Company via email, messaging platforms, or social media in connection with a Programme enquiry or registration.
To register for and participate in a B2C Programme, you must satisfy the following conditions:
3.1 Age and Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3.2 Professional Experience Criteria
Each B2C Programme has specific eligibility criteria based on professional experience, which are stated explicitly on the relevant landing page. It is your sole responsibility to review and satisfy the stated eligibility criteria before completing your registration and payment. The Company does not verify eligibility at the time of registration. By completing payment, you represent that you have read the eligibility criteria and that they apply to you. No refund will be provided on the grounds of ineligibility after registration.
Career3X Checkpoint is designed for professionals with 10–18 years of work experience who are experiencing career stagnation. The full eligibility criteria are published on the Checkpoint landing page at https://www.career3x.planetganges.com/career3x-checkpoint-page. You are responsible for reading and satisfying these criteria before registering.

You agree to engage with the Programmes in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant statutes.
3.4 Individual Registration Only
B2C Programme registrations are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer your registration to another person, share your access credentials, or allow another individual to attend in your place without the prior written consent of the Company.
The following programmes are currently offered under the Career3X brand:
4.1 Career3X Checkpoint
A live, online diagnostic session delivered via video conferencing platform, designed for mid-career professionals. The session is conducted on a specific date and time as published on the landing page. Career3X Checkpoint is a live-only event and is not recorded or made available for replay.

All intellectual property rights in the B2C Programmes and associated materials — including but not limited to the CXO Compass framework and its four instruments (The Prism, The Axis, The Bridge, and The Lens), all assessments, coaching methodologies, session content, frameworks, presentations, reports, workbooks, and any other materials provided during or in connection with the Programmes — are owned exclusively by the Company ("Intellectual Property").
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use Programme materials solely for your own personal career development. This licence does not permit you to share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Programme material.
Unauthorised use of the Company's Intellectual Property may result in immediate termination of your participation and legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
7.1 Live Delivery Format
B2C Programmes are delivered live via video conferencing platform (currently Zoom). You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and compatible software to participate in the session. The Company is not responsible for your inability to participate due to technical issues on your end, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, or software incompatibility.
7.2 No Recording Policy
Career3X Checkpoint is a live-only session and is not recorded by the Company. You are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-capturing, or otherwise capturing any part of any session in any format. Violation of this obligation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
7.3 Programme Cancellation by the Company
In the event that the Company cancels a scheduled Programme, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and will be offered either a full refund of the registration fee paid or the option to transfer their registration to the next available session. The Company's liability in the event of cancellation is limited to the refund of the registration fee paid. The Company shall not be liable for any other costs, losses, or damages incurred by the participant in connection with a cancelled session, including travel, accommodation, or lost earnings.
7.4 Rescheduling by the Company
The Company reserves the right to reschedule a Programme to a different date, time, or format, including converting an in-person session to a virtual format, where circumstances require. Where a Programme is rescheduled, registered participants will be offered the option to retain their registration for the rescheduled date or receive a full refund. Rescheduling by the Company does not constitute cancellation.
7.5 Participant Non-Attendance
If you are unable to attend a Programme after registration, please refer to the Refund Policy. Non-attendance by a registered participant does not constitute grounds for a refund. The Company's Refund Policy, available at [Insert Refund Policy URL], governs all refund requests.
8.1 Programme Pricing
The registration fee for each B2C Programme is published on the relevant landing page at the time of registration. The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time. The fee applicable at the time of your registration is the fee you are charged.
8.2 Payment Methods
Payments may be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or any other authorised digital payment method as available on the registration portal. International participants may pay via authorised international payment gateways where available.
8.3 Full Payment Required
Full payment of the registration fee is required to confirm your place in a Programme. Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. The Company reserves the right to cancel your registration if payment is not received by the stated deadline.
8.4 Refund Policy
All refund requests are governed by the Company's B2C Refund Policy. Payments made are generally non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described in the Refund Policy. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Refund Policy.
All personal data collected in connection with your registration and participation in B2C Programmes is handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at www.planetganges.com. By registering for a Programme, you consent to your data being processed by the Company and its designated third-party platforms (including video conferencing and CRM platforms) for the purposes of programme delivery and related communications.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
1. Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in or inability to participate in a Programme, including but not limited to loss of business opportunities, career outcomes, or income.
2. Any outcomes related to career progression, promotion, salary increase, or professional advancement, whether or not arising from participation in a Programme. The Programmes provide education, frameworks, and coaching — they do not guarantee specific career results.
3. Any damage arising from your use or inability to use the Programme platform due to technical issues on your end.
4. Any claims arising from third-party products, services, or platforms used in connection with Programme delivery.
5. Any damages arising from events beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including acts of God, government orders, internet outages, or platform failures.
