This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made by individual participants ("You" / "Participant") in connection with B2C Programmes offered by Planet Ganges Consulting Private Limited ("Company") under the Career3X brand. These programmes currently include Career3X Checkpoint, Career3X Blueprint, and Career3X Stewardship (collectively, the "Programmes").
This Policy should be read alongside the Company's B2C Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, all of which are available at www.planetganges.com and career3x.planetganges.com.

All payments made to register for a Career3X B2C Programme are non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances except the one specific exception described in Section 4 of this Policy.

A Programme is considered cancelled for the purposes of this Policy when the Company notifies registered participants, through official communication channels, that the scheduled session will not take place and will not be rescheduled.
If the Company reschedules a Programme to a different date, time, or format — including converting a session from one mode of delivery to another — this does not constitute cancellation. Participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled session are not entitled to a refund on that basis. Where a session is rescheduled, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

| Participant did not achieve desired career outcome | No | No refund. The programme provides education and coaching, not guaranteed outcomes. |
In the event of a programme cancellation by the Company, refunds will be processed automatically and you do not need to submit a separate request. You will be contacted via the email address provided at registration.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this Policy and have not received communication from the Company, please contact us in writing at the details below within 30 days of the scheduled programme date.
The Company reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of your registration is the version that applies to your registration. Changes to this Policy will be published on the Company's websites. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
