⚠ Important Notice Payments made to register for any Career3X B2C Programme are non-refundable, except in the single circumstance where the programme is cancelled by Planet Ganges Consulting Private Limited. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.

About This Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made by individual participants ("You" / "Participant") in connection with B2C Programmes offered by Planet Ganges Consulting Private Limited ("Company") under the Career3X brand. These programmes currently include Career3X Checkpoint, Career3X Blueprint, and Career3X Stewardship (collectively, the "Programmes").

This Policy should be read alongside the Company's B2C Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, all of which are available at www.planetganges.com and career3x.planetganges.com.

By completing payment for any Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in its entirety.

Your Responsibility to Make an Informed Decision

The Company publishes full and transparent information about each Programme on its landing pages before registration opens. This includes:

  • The programme format, content, and objectives
  • The date, time, duration, and mode of delivery
  • The specific eligibility criteria (including professional experience requirements)
  • The registration fee
  • A clear statement of what the programme is and what it is not

By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that:

  • (a) you have read and understood all information published on the relevant landing page;
  • (b) you satisfy the stated eligibility criteria;
  • (c) you are making a fully informed and voluntary decision to register; and
  • (d) you accept that the registration fee is non-refundable subject to the limited exception set out in Section 4 of this Policy.
The Company does not accept responsibility for registrations made without adequate review of the programme information. It is the registrant's sole responsibility to review the published criteria and programme details before making payment.

Non-Refundable Payments — The General Rule

All payments made to register for a Career3X B2C Programme are non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances except the one specific exception described in Section 4 of this Policy.

The non-refundable nature of registration fees reflects the nature of the Programmes, which:

  • Are offered with limited seats, and your registration prevents another eligible professional from securing that place.
  • Involve significant advance preparation by the facilitator and the Company, including content customisation, assessment preparation, and platform setup.
  • Are live events where preparation costs are incurred regardless of individual attendance.

In particular, no refund will be provided in any of the following circumstances:

  • You are unable to attend the session on the scheduled date due to a personal, professional, or technical reason.
  • You experience technical difficulties on your end (including internet connectivity issues, device problems, or software incompatibility).
  • You decide after registration that the programme is not suited to your needs or expectations.
  • You registered without satisfying the stated eligibility criteria.
  • You did not read or understand the programme description, objectives, or eligibility criteria at the time of registration.
  • You miss the session, whether due to forgetting, a scheduling conflict, or any other personal reason.
  • You are dissatisfied with any aspect of the programme content, facilitation, or outcome.
  • You attended the programme but did not achieve a specific career result or outcome.

The Only Exception — Programme Cancellation by the Company
A refund of the registration fee paid will be provided ONLY if the Company cancels the Programme in its entirety before it has commenced. This is the sole circumstance in which a refund will be issued.
4.1 What Constitutes Cancellation

A Programme is considered cancelled for the purposes of this Policy when the Company notifies registered participants, through official communication channels, that the scheduled session will not take place and will not be rescheduled.

4.2 Rescheduling Is Not Cancellation

If the Company reschedules a Programme to a different date, time, or format — including converting a session from one mode of delivery to another — this does not constitute cancellation. Participants who are unable to attend the rescheduled session are not entitled to a refund on that basis. Where a session is rescheduled, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

4.3 Refund Process on Company Cancellation

Where the Company cancels a Programme:

  • Registered participants will be notified by email at the address provided at registration as soon as reasonably practicable.
  • Participants will be offered a full refund of the registration fee paid, or the option to transfer their registration to the next available session of the same programme.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days of the cancellation notification, to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
  • The Company's liability in the event of cancellation is strictly limited to the refund of the registration fee paid. The Company shall not be liable for any other costs, expenses, or losses incurred by the participant in connection with the cancelled programme, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, leave taken, or lost income.

Refund Requests and Contact

In the event of a programme cancellation by the Company, refunds will be processed automatically and you do not need to submit a separate request. You will be contacted via the email address provided at registration.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this Policy and have not received communication from the Company, please contact us in writing at the details below within 30 days of the scheduled programme date.

Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of your registration is the version that applies to your registration. Changes to this Policy will be published on the Company's websites. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
